Order Processing & Global Transit Times
Our fulfillment centers operate on highly strict efficiency metrics. Generally, orders are processed and fully dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Furthermore, actual shipping times depend heavily on the selected fulfillment warehouse and your specific geographical location:

Lost, Stolen, and Customs Liability
OKKVAPE takes full commercial responsibility for your package while it remains in our direct custody. However, once the carrier’s official tracking information indicates the package has been “Delivered,” OKKVAPE assumes no further legal or financial liability. We are strictly not responsible for lost or stolen packages after a confirmed delivery. Securing the final delivery location is the absolute responsibility of the buyer.
Moreover, international buyers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their local customs regulations. OKKVAPE will not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for any packages seized, destroyed, or delayed by local customs authorities due to regional vaping restrictions.
